Dr Saima Noreen is currently a lecturer in the School of Psychology & Neuroscience and a Senior Member of The MacLeodLab. She joined in 2010 after completing her education at Aston University, Birmingham, UK.
Saima is currently a Lecturer at the School of Psychology & Neuroscience and a Senior Member of The MacLeodLab taking up her post in the School of Psychology and Neuroscience after completing her education at Aston University, UK (BSc, MRes, PhD).
Her current research is involved with the role of executive control processes in memory retrieval. In particular, she is interested in the role of inhibitory control on goal-directed forgetting and its consequences for mental health and well-being.
